After II World War the city rises. But nobody can feel safe - residents are attacked in daylight. But one cold night a bunch of hooligans meets his equal opponent, who alone disposes of bandits. This night is also the beginning of the legend of the Man with White Eyes - a lone defenders of the city. The situation is observed by Filip Merynos - a person with powerful capabilities, which has ambitions to establish their own rules. He is furious - someone starts to cross his plans!
